Perhaps, but it is not Bioware's decision to make.

If there is demand, there will be money for it to do that.

A next-gen remake of KOTOR 1&2 would be very welcome I'd imagine. It might actually incite LucasArts into allowing a third one to come forward.

I would take a remake of both in a heartbeat for console. Only problem I would see is that they couldn't do KOTOR 2 because it wasn't made by them.

all of us would, TheExile1. Both Kotor 1 and 2 are good games.

I'm playing Star Wars KotOR 1 & 2 again right now on PC...but the resolution of the cinematics does make me twitch and I'd really enjoy a HD remake for PC and the consoles.
I originally bought my first X-BOX for the sole purpose of playing Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic and would do so again in a heartbeat.
In my opinion Star wars Knights of the Old Republic is the greatest RPG of all time.
followed closely by the Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion and Dragon Age Origins with KotOR 2 after that.
Come on Bioware, please backhand Lucas Arts and get a HD remake or remaster developed, money from that may lead to KotOR 3 which is what most fans wanted instead of The Old Republic...

I think that at this point isn't it just better to buy the PC version of the game? It's not like someone is going to have any difficulties with running the games hardware wise and with the new version released there shouldn't be any problems with the games crashing on Windows 7.

Exile1 KOTOR 2 may have been developed by obsidian entertainment but that was because bioware was making jade empire at the time so they asked obsidian to make it and bioware also released the KOTOR collection for the PC a few months back it had KOTOR 1 and 2.

Maybe we can convince Disney to do it!
