.Hi
I have a serious problem with BSOD while playing ME2. It appears after circa 30min of game. This is sceenshot of this BSOD (not mine, but mine is identical):

I think the problem can be connected with fact, that my nVidia is NOT used during the game - i just cannot choose it in game setting, although ME2 is selected to be used in nVidia menu, so the game is running on Intel Graphics (!). It's really irritating., I've reinstalled game several times, tried several nVidia drivers (with deleting the old ones), googling the nvlddmkm.sys problem without result i've been able to do. I have restored my system and installed game, again, but the only effect was losing my saves<_My system is
Samsung RF511
Intel® Core i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz
4 GB RAM
nVidia GE Force 540 M
Windows 7 Home Premium
Thanks in advance for any help.

All I know is it happens constantly with Optimus video parts. I am certain it's a case of conflicts going on between the drivers from Intel and nVIDIA, but I won't use either one. Intel because they are more crooked than anyone else in the computer business, and nVIDIA because they just don't return the respect to their fans that they should.

Try the following:
-Open Nvidia Control Panel and Navigate to 3D Settings>Manage 3D Settings
-Click the Global Tab and select you card from the Preferred Graphics Processor Drop-down.
Alternatively you could also try:
-Select your card as the primary display adapter in BIOS and Reboot
OR
-Control Panel>System>Hardware Tab>Device Manager>Display Adapters
-Disable that Intel card
The top option should work, but I haven't worked with the Optimus Drivers at all. Good Luck.

I used to have this BSOD an awful lot on my old Geforce. I think I was able to fix it by using Driver Sweeper and installing new drivers.
I made the switch to AMD for budgetary reasons, but I must say my AMD system is a lot more stable than when I was running an Nvidia and Intel combo.
