I always thought the, "...how did we get here, I thought the Geth were better than this..." sequence in the shuttle seemed a tad rough.

That, and whenever someone begins their dialogue by repeating from the last line spoken by the other character makes me itch.

Anyway...Either that or whatever Jack says during ME2 and 3.I just want to punch her in the neck everytime i hear a line.

Shepard didn't yell once at Akuze. Shep killed Sovereign without muttering a word. He didn't raise his voice a single time during the Collector base assault. He didn't yell when he had to nuke one of his squadmates at Virmire. He even kept his cool when Wrex nearly turned on him over the genophage cure. 

But damn if he's not screaming his face off when the 2nd string pilot he's known for a couple of days gets shot at.
