I notice the wiki does not have all functions ... and neither does the little search tool thingy in the toolset.

Do you have to have some includes loaded to get access to those?

Safe_Destroy_Object and others (the array functions for ints)

Does anyone else have that prob? How do you know all the functions Bioware had at their disposal? I

The toolset lists only functions that are available in your current scope, that's right. Funnily this scope gets updated even if you write an include without saving the file, hehe. Didn't expect that. If you include all includes from BioWare, that would be a good start. Of course, the functions in the non-includes are still not visible but they're hard to call anyway.

#include "utility_h" is enough for most such functions. Keep in mind that includes increase compile time significantly and may even affect script performance, so not including things you don't need is always a good idea.

#include "core_h" is better in a lot of cases.
