Seriously, take a look at their previous stuff compared to now,

KOTOR and Mass Effect (uno) are brilliant

Mass Effect 2 - good, nowhere near ME1
Mass Effect 3 - good, nowhere near ME1, plus an ending which most of the complaints come from

TL;DR - stop being such a narrow-minded person and stop ****ing whinging

Some people think that hating everything bioware does makes them "cool".  It is the "in thing" right now.    It happens all the time in our culture no matter how much something or someone is loved, people will eventualy turn against it.  It happens with music, movie franchises, and yes video games franchises and developers.
