COD gets tweaked quite a lot, and in general the tweaks they do to those games are big which would make it about the same as Biowares tweaks.
Also, COD is horrible imbalanced, with some guns just dominating the rest.
Not that often, I speak from my Black ops experience, as that was the last COD I played regularly (my fav), not MW3. Also BF3.
I just can't see BW doing this every 7 days for the next year or two. For ex. at some point Blops was settled, no more updates at all once all DLC was out, And it gelt great overall, hence it was my favorite COD.
Black Ops still had horrible imbalanced weapons, suck as the AK47u and the FAMAS.
Still, point is this is the most tweaked game I've played thus far. I don't own any other titles being "rebalanced" every 7 days. BW needs to simply leave it be at some point. What 2 years down the line?

I'd say they haven't shown to be doing that at all.
@Bushido Effect: It's the game where the balance changes are regular, but I wouldn't say it's the most tweaked one. Most just push all their tweaks in one go every once in a while. Likely at some point these will wind down and probably stop before the servers are unplugged.

He did say that Cerberus was the easiest faction, across all dificulty levels for quite some time. He did not say that Reaper and Geth matches were too hard.

Perhaps the people at Bioware have gotten in habit of thinking in terms of balancing in the direction of hardness. Instead of approaching it with an open mind. I have seen this kind of corporate mindset happen. Without access to the statistics we really have no way to tell. It appears to me that the Reapers in Silver are too hard on many maps with some objectives and the same hold true with the Geth but to a lesser degrese, so it is quite possible that to truly balance out the game it would be best to lower the difficulty a bit on the Reapers and the Geth. I would also add more trooper type enemies in the earlier waves on both Silver and Bronze as the earlier waves seem to lack targets.

Certain objectives (hacks) on Wave 10 Silver are indeed quite hard if they are in that one spot (under the cannon on Giant, under the reactor in Reactor). Not saying they don't need an improvement. I trust you're using the difficulty and enemy factors together? If they're higher in all areas, I'd put it down to either simple enjoyment of their diversity and the fact that their specialist troop Nemesis (which is supposed to be rivaling the Rocket troopers and Marauders) aren't really up to scratch.
I'd say myself that the Guardian, Nemesis and (to a lesser extent) the Assault trooper could do with a buff, and the Atlas could do with a decreased rocket fire time.

Make the male/females toggle back & forth to save room, shrink them, something. Make the skin tones actually change something. Logos or tattoos maybe ?

Balancing and bug fixing aren't the same team.
Doing one has no affect on how fast the other goes. They can just do both, and balance is quicker to do with the weekly balance changes setup.

Only they've been mostly buffing players and weapons, and not a whole lot of buffs to the enemies on Bronze. New players shouldn't be jumping right into gold regardless. The game wasn't designed for them to do that.
The game is also more balanced now than it was at launch, imo.

Make guardian shields truly invulnerable to incoming fire so you're forced to flank/stagger/pull/mail slot them. They're my number 1 source of headshots right now because they don't move much. My carnifex x with AP V love them.

I'm all for game balance but never have I seen a game as unbalanced towards the players as this.
And you think you're going to keep getting new players? I've had to start telling people not to bother as by the time they get the game it will be impossable to do anything other than bronze for about 3months straight...
BW you've lost touch. Most players said nothing about the balance in the begining because it was fine...
I'm seeing more and more players complaining now and I'm begining to think walking away may be a good idea.
I get people want a Challenge but why does that mean the game has to become impossable for the rest of the world just so that these fools can gain a few more inches on their E-Penis???

I think geth are still by far the easiest.. cerberus isn't so bad bc of the millions of phantoms. But yeah i guess basing a team around one mob is kind of lol

You must not have been here when the game launched, as people were complaining about Novaguards being immune to damage 95% of the time before the game was even out.
Most players don't actually say anything because the forum community makes up less than 0.01% of the entire playerbase of the game. It doesn't mean they think the game is balanced, just that they aren't giving feedback on it.
They're simply bringing all factions of gold in line with each other. It's not boosting gold as a whole. If you aren't up to the challenge of gold there is two other difficulty levels for you to play in.

Actually I have been reading the balance changes. I using my own opinion for my above statement. The game has gotten harder, period, and the few things that actually helped lesson this burdon are all getting an almighty whack with the nerf stick....
Say what you like, I stand by my opinions...
