The turret is by far the most dangerous thing in the Cerb lineup, hopefully it remains untouched (though I'm not sure it can get more deadly).
I agree with Guardian movement speed getting a slight bump. Nemesis RoF could certainly be bumped up. Minor damage buffs to troopers, centurions, engineers and nemesis. Minor HP increase to all those as well.

oh for cerberous just remove or decrease the chance that the centerion will use it's meele attack.
thinking it's a phantom and rushing you to meele... it has a gun let it use it. 9/10 times on most maps the centerion will rush you, to meele, then shoot you. something is just bugged in there not needing a buff
easier I think not 4-5 phantoms conga line rushing on gold is annoying.
so please DO NOT buff Phantoms it's not the answer, to making Cerberus harder.
neither is giving Atlas mechs more "health" is NOT the answer either.
though giving assault troopers 100 shields on Gold would be interesting and would not cause to much of a change but it would be notice able

This. I only play Cerberus because they're the only ones I can stand to play and even then that's too much with the Turrets that can cut through you like a flaming chainsaw through room-tempurature butter and Phantoms with their invincibility shields, 50% damage resistance during thier acrobatics (which they can do so continuously that your chance of hitting them with powers like Warp are slim to none), palm cannon that does more damage than anything else except the Atlas AND has an insta-kill move.
Looks like all my headway into moving onto Silver and Gold is about to undone considering how overboard Bioware has been with buffing enemies in the past *cough*Geth*cough*

Tougher, faster, more aggressive Guardians, faster and more coherent advances with support from smoke and frag grenades from the troopers and centurions, and better sniping from the Nemesis (particularly at long ranges) would all be welcome changes.
Atlasses seem to perform their role as a slowly advancing, durable wall of threat well enough, and Combat Engineers are a threat with their turrets... and would be more of a threat if the rest of the faction was better at flushing out players or applying pressure while the Engineer is busy setting things up. Phantoms already do plenty (their palm cannon does more damage than a geth prime's rifle... why?), and feel like Cerberus is putting most of their eggs in one basket rather than having a more balanced offense.

Nemisis will cheap 2 shot fire from their butt like the rocket troopers do, guardians will snipe across the map with their talon (increased range like the pyro) an extra atlas each spawn and 1 less guardian and 2 more phantoms.
Phantoms don't need a buff by any means

This is only true about Cerberus on one map. Just like it was only true that the Geth were easy on one map (FBW).
Its these types of IA buffs that have stopped me playing vs Geth altogether now. Can't fight Geth because mass stunlock has ruined it. Can't reload, can't shoot back, can't use a power, can't use Ops Survival. Ruined.
