Hey, so my terminus weapon and armor gear has disappeared from my registered game content, EA help said they can't do anything because they don't have any codes (what?!) so is there anything I can do?

It could mean that it's a website issue, in which case there is the relevant forum for those sort of things. But I don't see how that would be of much concern to you.
More likely you mean that it not appearing in the registered game content page somehow affects your usage of those things in the game itself.
Assuming that then the question I would have is why that would affect your usage of them in the game? (The thought is that it shouldn't.) Your 360 should still have the content on its HDD, in which case why would you need a code?
The last possibility is that you no longer have the content in the game (which you didn't state). In which case you should just redownload them. (Though I would question why it's no longer in the game as there are different possibilities as to why.)
A troubleshooter shouldn't have to guess the problem you are having, so more information tends to be appreciated. (Word of advice.)

Just got off the live chat with another live chat guy, they checked and apparently they no longer even have a log of me ever using the code. This is strange, to say the least.

I'm having the same problem man. It told me my terminus armor was corrupt and I needed to redownload it but it's not anywhere. Not on my hardrive, Cerberus network, nothing. How do you gwt to chat with a live guy? That would be much more helpful.
