On topic: +1000000, nothing else to add, BioWare needs to listen to this. The reason why I've enjoyed MP the last few days is because I've stopped U/U/S and did alternating Cerberus/Reaper instead. Yes, even as a chain-overloading engineer. I probably had one Geth game in the last 48 hours. Happy days.

Why not introduce smth new to the Geth? Why not give us Geth Hoppers, those were great enemies back at the time of ME1. You already have a model, BW, why not do this? Geth in their first edition were easy and laughable, now they are cheap, frustrating and unfair.

Fix the Geth. Nerf and unbug them so they feel a fair match, then add some new unit, change some abilities or just add more of the troopers who seem totally absent in later stages. Troopers are an easy match, but they can stomp you to death. Whatever it takes to have them as challenging as Reapers, yet in a fun way.
BW has tons of experience with DnD-games. Use that experience. Be a good DM, not a bad one.

I've been killed by staggered Hunters and Rocket Troopers more times than I could bother to count. The entire faction is cheap.

Sure they have a lot of cheap stunlock but at least make it so that they can't shoot when they're not supposed to, or kill you with fire that's not even touching you.

Look, I usually play in PUGs and yes, Reapers can be extremely diffficult if you have a few subpar players in your team. Even though without an organized team I probably only extract against Reapers about 50% of the time, I actually LIKE playing against them.
If a Banshee stabs me in the chest I know it's usually my fault and I should have stayed further away (excepting magnetic grabs ofc), if I get swarmed by a bunch of Brutes I know it's because our DPS wasn't enough, if I get sniped by a Ravager it's because I didn't get cover soon enough.
I may die quite a lot when fighting them, but it never feels cheap or really frustrating, and my skill is actally important in beating them. Thus, they Reapers are enjoyable.
The Geth on the other hand are composed of what we call "fake difficulty", which pretty much negates the player's skill and employs extremely frustrating tactics like frozen Hunters shooting at you, barrages of 3 missiles to the face, massive stunlock from every source, retardedly powerful Turrets which you can't even see sometimes... it just doesn't feel "fair" compared to the other factions, and that is why almost everybody hates playing Geth.
Being a videogame, FUN is the most important thing, and right now, Geth are simply NOT fun.

In all seriousness..
I found his argument lacking in actual substance. When four phantoms spawn in wave 9, and 5 in wave 10, he needs a serious reality check. Yes, I officially doubt he plays the game at this point.
Here is what I expect:
Phantoms have twice the health, are invincible (more so then normal I mean), and are stagger proof.
Nemesis no longer have to aim to shoot you, and have cover-penetrating shots)
Centurions fire exploding rounds with the force of grenades
Engineers now place six turrets down, all of which are immune to sabotage
Assault Troopers now throw six grenades at once
The Atlas magnet sync kills from across the map.

Seriously, are NOT hard. They are cheap and frustrating. Any data they pull from matches is going to also be skewed by FBWGG farms. Because to be honest that's pretty much the ONLY map that actively works against the Geth and makes Geth a breeze. Outside of that map Geth become a NIGHTMARE of FRUSTRATION.
I can NOT stand playing against Geth (Gold). I would rather run Reapers all day everyday with a level one Krogan with his other point spent in racial passives.
