Call of duty the 1st one!
Yeah! Me too (Pvt Elder and Sgt Moody FTW!
Others i still intend to continue playing:
Call of Duty Modern Warfare (Because Capt Price is God)
GRID
Colin McRae DIRT
NWN1
NWN2
Fallout3 (heavily modified)
Something called Dragon Age: Origins
R-Type (all of them)
Audiosurf
FIFA 2009
GranTurismo4
Prototype
Final Fantasy ( all of them since VI)
Diablo 2
Titan Quest
STALKER
F.E.A.R.
DOOM classic (a mod for Doom 3, PURE HEAVY METAL!)
There's others too, i'm not one to play the same thing for long and i like to play something different everyday. Took me a month and a half to finish DA:O because halfway through i began to play Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater
I still have all my consoles since i was little (i can't bring myself to trow them in the garbage), i have a PS2, PSX, SNES, a Master System and an Atari 2600 Plus my PC in wich i play Sega Genesis, NES, N64 and old arcade games. Everything is mounted on a single table, looks like a 747 cockpit
I grew up among 1st generation consoles, why not continue appreciating them, right? Besides, think about the price of an Odyssey console in... let's say... 2030? ($)_($)
Oh, and i HOPE to be Playing Dragon age 3 by then!

I still love the Eye of the Beholder mod for NWN.
Actually i still have the original Eye of the Beholder which i often play.
I tried that mod once. Wasn't bad, but I'll admit it isn't one of my all time favorites. I missed the original entirely. Before my time, I guess. It's probably in a Gold Box compilation I picked up ages ago, but I could never get that thing to work properly. Assuming it is Gold Box?
Also, points to Inzhuna for noting Septerra Core. That was one of the games on my unmentioned list. It had a female protagonist back when that was considerably rarer. Maya was strong, but kind; rather than a total bloodlusting action doll or a one-dimensional ditz. Septerra Core was also one of those rarest of things: a JRPG style game made exclusively for PC by western developers. <3Led, Grubb, and Selina.

I still don't understand what people see in NWN or NWN2, BG2 was way better.
Player-made modules and multiplayer worlds for NWN and NWN2 (although admittedly the content for NWN2 is far less given how difficult it is to mod from scratch).
My picks would be NWN, Simcity 4, and The Sims 2 with expansions.

Yes the mods. I had no interest in the official campaigns.

What Amberyl wrote above and what I went on about in my first post. NWN's appeal was not in its campaign, but rather the player made modules and muliplayer. In my opinion the only way to experience the best NWN has to offer is to find a regular group and DM for campaign play and/or a Persistent World to see how close it sometimes comes to bringing tabletop to life. Baldur's Gate is a great series, but it simply cannot compete with NWN in this.
NWN2 unfortunately failed to match its predecessor in that department. Again, as Amberyl noted its toolset was too prohibitive for novice users to quickly pick it up. It also had terrible functionality early on. It took months before Obsidian patched in a proper undo function, for instance.
I did find it much better as a single player game than NWN, however. Mask of the Betrayer is good enough to be worth the price of admission alone.

NWN
Masters of Orion 2
NWN2
I would add a few Wing Commander games but I can't get them to run on a modern system. Also the Gold Box.

Panzer General (Dos)
Eye of the Beholder (Dos)
... are my main evergreens. Still playing them today
On my CPC464 Im still playing Ikari Warriors. On C64 Defender of the Crown. And on PSX still Raiden (the greatest shooters in gaming history) On Xbox360 mainly Sega Mega Drive Collection with Phantasy Star and Shining Force. The Namco Museem Collection is great also. So Im addicted to older games.
Most modern games missing s.th. ...i guess its called flair

Anyway, the oldest game I'll go back and play is probably the original King's Quest... 25 years old... of course, I'd more often play one of the remakes, so I'm not entirely sure it's valid. Hero's Quest is twenty years old, Space Quest is almost twenty five, as well. Gabriel Knight is over 15, as is Betrayal at Krondor. Monkey Island is nearly twenty. Grim Fandango, BG, PS:T... hmm, I actually have very few games I play that are less than five years old...

But seriously, that was an insanely lucky roll if you did it without reloading. Blasted Algernon has eagle eyes. I've had him catch me with over 50% pickpocket before, and that was after removing armor to lower penalties. <_<

Almost as lucky as the backstab critical on Firebead?
Trying to raise my reputation back to neutral now as news of his death travelled fast, yet no one cared when i backstabbed Garrick in public..

i saved Malicamp and got the poor childs deceased cat from the waterfalls.
Fighter/Thieves are amazing fun.

no cheats
Start of by killing firebead
Saved malicamp
Calmed down marl
Backstabbed every npc in bereghost that becomes hostile when spoken too.
Got Miriannes letter
Killed any assassin that attacks. The one in Nashkell is very easy with stealth
XP is fast alone especially if you play on harder settings.
edit: Just returned Joias ring! now my reputation is average again!
