Why not assign everyone who wants to participate a Squad Leader, and have the events take place over the course of 2-3 days (to keep the event within a manageable timeframe), additionally, a clear consise explanation of what people need to do to participate, and all of the events that will be taking place (because many do not read Walls of Text) and a seperation of all of these components with a specific format to bunch it all together would make it easier for newcomers to this thread to get up to speed.
That and an explanation of the roster, I see several peoples names several different times. The less complicated this is made, the more appeal it will have, and the possibility for a consistent event in between Bioware events could be possible.
Again...very good idea, try not to build on it TOO much.
each soldier who is participating is assigned 4 squad leaders. if one squad leader is busy, that soldier ges to their next suad leader and joins that game. we have so many people, we broke the roster down so each person will have a chance to play and participate. the reason people are mentioned several times, is because it will give that squad leader a chance to play with everyone, and to also allow that soldier to participate in the operation.
