 Good stuff but some of the colors are innaccurate. I suggest these for best results:


Ex cerby guys: Primary white, highlight black, secondary, black, pattern 1 or 2 color yellow, lights red


Male soldier & vanguard(troopers, centurions): Same as ex cerby guys ^


Male sentinel & female adept(guardians, phantoms): same except both highlight & secondary white. Type 2 pattern for male, type 1 for female


Female infiltrator(nemesis):  Primary: black, highlight: black, secondary: yellow, pattern type 2: yellow, lights: red


Male engineer(combat Engineer): Primary: black, highlight: black, secondary: white, no pattern, lights: yellow



These are the most accurate you will get to their cerby counter-parts. Cerby colrs are white, yellow, and black. Not dark metallic grayish as you have listed. 

* I Tested these colors out in gameplay as well. I highly recommend you experiment with my suggestions before saying yes or no, satisfaction guranteed.

Those weapons allowed would be challenging on Gold. I've just gotten the hang of Silver - now's a good a time as any to try Gold. haha.

So erm... how does one sign up? How do we register results? Bioware has the internal stats but how are fan ops "operated"?

update:

Due to the massive interest we have had in the last few days we have had to make some changes to our operating procedures. Previously all our squad leaders had everyone's gamertags on their friend list, but we now have too many members to retain everyone's tags, so we are going to break the member list down between us. Every single member will be assigned FOUR Squad Leaders as a 'go to' so they will be sending out friend requests to you. If you find some of us deleting you from our friends lists, DO NOT think we don't want you to be part of Spec Ops, we just need to do this to move forward. Like I said, Four Squad Leaders have been given your tag and will send out friend requests to you. The Squad Leaders are: HudsonN7, Lady SnooSnoo, An4ngryBUDDHIST, Cygore WMD, POW Fallengear, Dragon5tar5, BADD48eb, Demon King Oda, DekanFrost716, postyjohn, defleshing, KUHLLISHUN, Ikor Du Vharr, INVADERONE. Although they haven't taken up official duties as yet, Tree Wyrm and VOID AND NULL will be joining the Squad Leader ranks soon.

a lot of people do not know about this yet, but we are trying to make it as wide spread and known as possible
