It would seem overpowered at first, then you consider that Armor seems to be her Achille's heel, with two of her powers having no effect against armor. Unless of course you intend Deconstruction to detonate. I would recommend against allowing deconstruction to detonate, self-detonations could make this cross the "OP" line.
I do like how this class makes unshielded mooks rather easy to deal with, while giving no clear way to take out shields rapidly.
The class does not have any particular power that makes it a complete powerhouse, deconstruction looks a lot like a buffed warp with difficult choices (Main thing I like about this potential class. No "no-brainer" choices.
Unique and very creative class, I would love to play it. Though its background is more than a little bit sketchy.
I very much approve.

OP: people like you make me happy. We'll bang, ok?
And your gender is...?
I can't believe you didn't catch that! Your response afterward did make me laugh about as hard as i laughed at either one of the 4 episodes.

For me, an Asari sentinel would be one specialised in biotic shields and using tech or tech/biotic gadgets/implants to compensate for lacking offensive powers.

I'd enjoy a much more typical Asari or Drell Sentinel: Barrier, Warp or Reave, and some new fun biotic ability.

Excellent points there, I can't refute any single one of them aptly. Although, as for the "tank power" I think that is covered by the repulsion matrix, it behaves like tech armor in that it is activated and remains active indefinetly (as long as shields remain up). It does not absorb damage, but deflects a great many damaging things, making it similar to tech armor, but unique as well. As for the nanites: They are not, by themselves, giving the person with them biotic powers, they are instead enhancing and regulating the user's inborn biotic abilities (think of it as the distributed computing approach to existing biotic implants). I realize I say they do create mass effect fields, but that is completely lore-friendly, as they are in that respect basically ship drive cores on a very, very small scale (just run some current, provided by the pizoelectric effect in this case, through some eezo and you get mass effect fields) biotics are unique in their ability to manipulate these fields with thier minds. The nanites give the biotic implanted with them a unique ability that most biotics lack, they can use their biotic powers to deploy the nanites and these nanites can then do things which biotic powers alone cannot (like defeat shields, which is normally reserved for tech powers).
I understood that the Matrix ability was effectively the 'Tech Armor' equivalent. In order to hold its weight on Gold, the explosion would have to have a radius of 4 meters or so and nearly guarentee a stumble on most/all targets. At that point it'd be a beefy Barrier, which frankly Barrier doesn't see enough offensive use in my opinion.
Also, Tech Armor remains active even if shields go down in MP, and I don't think that'd be a great mechanic to reintroduce Tech Armor from ME2. (Being permenantly slaved to a massive cooldown on a Sentinel in ME2 was nightmarish on Insanity. After awhile I stopped using the power altogether except during very specific situations.)
I also understood that the nanites weren't providing the biotic ability, and I suppose I could buy the networked implants, but really I have no solid information on the specifics of biotic implants enough to determine if that would realistically be more efficient. They also don't give alot of specifics about how biotics can control mass effect fields, and frankly, it seems like they really don't have solid control over any mass effect fields other than the ones they generate themselves.
If a biotic could manipulate mass effect fields created by others, including machinery, then they'd have immense power on the battlefield, beyond what they've already got. Everything from weapons to armor, shields and mobility, run on mass effect field generators. If I biotic could manipulate fields that they didn't create, there'd be no opposing them conventionally. With a thought, your gun would stop working and your shields would drop. Instant death. An Atlas would literally be a marionette to a skilled biotic.
The class also essentially has its cake and eats it too. That's the real crux of a balance issue. Shield stripping with self detonating biotic explosions ontop of untouchable battlefield control. Not as overtly OP as some might understand, but this class would trivalize many challenges all at once.
The only built in 'weakness' (health/shields) can be remedied fairly easily, considering Fitness isn't precisely mandatory for Gold at this point. However, given that, with a base health/shields at 600, full Fitness would grant 1030 health/shields, they would be just under a Turian, and then add in one of the best dodges in the game and a free decoy. Add ontop of that grenade and Phantom CQB immunity and I think the picture comes into focus. Let's not forget that having Repulsion Matrix up would have no cooldown penalty either.
Let's assume a 6/6/3/5/6 build.
Deconstruction - Migration, Detonation, Sapping
Repulsion Matrix - Recharge Speed, Persistant Warp, Persistant Warp
Project Hypatia - Power Duration, Weight Reduction (Assault Rifle)
Fitness - Shields/Health, Recharge, Shields/Health
Shields - 1030
Health - 1030
Falcon X
Scenario 1 - Group of enemies spawn. Toting a Falcon you move on a spawn and stumble the group. Rush in, Replusion Matrix goes off, throws unshielded hostiles around, stumbles shielded targets. Marks all of them for detonation. Falcon to stumble again while cd comes back up. Throw Deconstruction onto an unprotected target. Biotic Explosion occurs. Strips protection from surrounding enemies, kills target, jumps to another target (primed by Matrix). Explosion. Kills target (and many others). Jumps again. Explosion. Remaining enemies are dead.
Scenario 2 - Approaching from a flank. Several enemies engaged on a squadmate in cover. Mark one with Decon, stumble with Falcon, rush forward and detonate with Replusion. Marks all target in range with warp. Explosion strips shields and stumbles (but does not seperate). Decon jumps, explosion. Jumps, explosion. Jumps, explosion. Meanwhile, you don't even have to be in the area, you could've used the stumble from Matrix to rush thru and find cover.
Scenario 3 - Pinned down by multiple hostiles. Pop up and use Enthrall. Second target diverts attention. Decon for tech burst or biotic explosion. Pick another target. Wash, rinse, repeat.
Scenario 4 - Incoming multiple Phantoms closes distance. Falcon stumbles - Decon (primed). Repulsion Matrix for detonation (primes other Phantoms, and stumbles). Explosion + Falcon strips shields. Decon jumps. Explosion. Jumps. Explosion. Jumps. Explosion.
Just food for thought.

I admire how much effort you put into this, but I personally don't like the idea of those über implanted superhumans superasari etc...
the only one who did this in the story was cerberus and look how that turned out and what it did make out of those people,
I am strongly against those N7 über human classes in MP like N7 shadow, slayer and fury, it's just like alliance version of cerberus freaks, there is no such technology in ME universe, only the reaper technology
so I don't support this sorry
I just wanted to write my opinion, hope you don't mind
