I got one with my US version, but it was very poor printing quality and hard to read. You didn't miss much.

No cloth map with the UK collector's edition. It also seems It was the only european country where a ps3 CE was released.

It's in my Euro 'not for sale in the UK' metal box collector's edition for the PS3.
