This is the message I've gotten over the last week while trying to get my commendation pack from EA support for the last operation. I know from having had to do this before that they will expire shortly. I've had to contact EA support for 3 of my commendation packs so far. I never recieved two of them. My feedback is and has been turned on. Have I been blackballed by EA support??!

Still can't connect. I've tried daily. This is the last day I can get in before the next event starts up and the comm pack is expires.

I only got 1 out of 2. (earned both)..didn't bother this time bc everyone spoke of what trouble they had, but next time I will follow up fer shure

there's a guide to fix that issue somewhere. will edit this when i find it. The problem is basicly you have to go to Origin's site and set up a Master ID. After that it will take you to the Support page no problem.

Edit:  I cant find the post where it detailed how to do this so I will attempt as best i can to get you to the right place.  If you go to this link, https://help.ea.com/...-origin-account and scroll down bellow the "Creating an Account from the Origin Client" instruction to the "Creating an Account from the Origin Help page" instructions.  It will outline how to set up your Origin Master ID.

BTW, tonight it's been 3 hours and I can't connect to origin chat service to play games w friends...tried everything to fix, even reinstalling Origin (which I knew wouldn't work bc it's def on their end) and no results....can't connect, and according to Origin, I have no friends
