So I'm going to import my Mass Effect 1 Shepard into ME2 and beat it on insanity, then import it to ME3 and beat that on insanity haha. I currently do not own any DLC from Mass Effect 2, and I'd like to download at least one of them. So I was wondering, which DLC should I get for the second game? Thanks!

I reccomend all 3. overlord has a great twist at the end, Lair of the Shadow Breaker is just amazing. its long and you can continue a romance with liara (why you'd want her over tali or garrus is just crzy to me, but you've made your choice
)
And Arrival is the perfect lead in to me3, plus all three unlock bonuses in mass effect 3.
If you can only afford one, get lair of the shadow broker.

Alright, I may get Arrival and Lair of The Shadow Broker. If you get the latter, are you forced to romance Liara? I'm with Ash
lol.

Shadow Broker is excellent, and Liara as a LI is entirely optional. In fact I think it might not even be possible if you didn't romance her in the first game. Overlord is pretty good but has an annoying section with the Hammerhead stupid flying armourless tank. Arrival is fun to play but I'm not real wild about the story, though I can say that about ME3 too. Not mentioned are the Firewalker stuff (more stupid flying tank assignments, which I can take or leave and usually leave) and the Zaeed and Kasumi characters and their loyalty missions. I'm quite keen on both characters and missions, and Kasumi's in particular is probably my second favourite DLC. Trouble is that one's payable and I think doesn't do all that much in ME3, so it might not be of interest to you.

Ahhh ok haha. Well thanks! I will definitely get LotSB and possibly Arrival (just for the bridge between Mass Effect 2 & 3).
Thanks!
Thanks!

There are several free DLC available if you have the Cerberus Network code. Zaeed is one of the free DLC.

Zaeed is alright but firewalker was laaaaaaaame and Normandy only has sentimental value
