So yes, they really did just increase how long it takes for you to kill an enemy. But that still made it harder.
And if it's not hard enough, then Bioware will soon know, and be able to continue adjusting.

Why increase Bronze difficulty? That is for starting players, basically, with trash guns.

I'd accuse BW of trolling us, except that if they did intend to troll us, they would have just increased the Nemesis' movement speed 200%.

Normally, I would agree with you . . . but as it stands, Atlases aren't dangerous enough, but were plenty durable.
Also, Nemesis don't need an increase in health and shields. They are a walking joke; now they are a sturdy walking joke.

But I guess while we spend just that much more time trying to kill one of these, the Phantom's have that much more of a window to shoot us in the back

While I agree with this sentiment, I guess it's a scaling issue. I.e. If Silver and Gold are buffed, but Bronze is left alone, the gap between Bronze and the higher levels becomes too great.
