I don't know if someone has brought this up before in this forum - but am I the only person who really preferred Ashley with her hair up? I know it's been three years, and I can respect a free-spirited woman like Ashley probably would get tired of her hair the same way in three years, but I'm curious what other folks on the forum thought about ME3 hairstyles.
Ashley Williams - Hair Up or Hair Down?

I preferred Ash with her hair in a bun, like in ME1 and ME2. I think it fits her character better.
That said, I'm good with her redesign for the most part, but I wish it were possible to have her put her hair in a bun. Even if she has it down on the Normandy, at least one of her outfits (perhaps the blue armour) should give Ash her ME1/ME2 hairstyle.

I definitely prefer her with hair up and minus boob job. I loved her tomboyish, but still beautiful appearance in the first game.
In Me3 she is just meh. Miranda clone or something.

ME1/2 Ash > ME3 Ash.

Prefer hair up. Shots of her left side leaves her face obscured.
Though that's of lesser importance than finding her a proper Alliance uniform.

For military service/during missions --> ME1/2
When out of duty/"civilian" --> ME3

Hair up... I think it was the only thing holding her brain in place.

I like the ME3 Ash. More action oriented.

i don't know if her hair is up or down, her corpse is in billions of skin flake sized bits on Virmire for being a xenophobe with bigger testicles than Alenko

Hair up. We already have Miri for the other option.

they could've had her hair in a ponytail, to keep it similar to the bun

It bugs me because in some of the touching scenes half of her face is obscured by shadows.
I wish there was an option to put her hair back though.

You do realise that's completely wrong, right? Long hair would get in the way of aiming and is generally why most soldiers have their heads shaved.

She looked like a man in ME 1 and 2. That nose... At least in ME3 she doesn't look as bad and it's nice to see some characters actually y'know, change over time, as they should.

Covering your face with a vision-obscuring hairstyle while in a combat environment doesn't count as a "change of character".
It is called stupidity.

Hair up. it looked pretty bad in ME1, but probably would've looked better in ME3.

The old racist Ashley who preached poetry and tried to get in bed with me every chance she took? Or the new Ashley that didn't make it because I blew her ass up in Virmire.
*Insert evil laugh*

The awesome realist Ashley that cared for you as a human being (with that attitude, I wonder what she saw in your Shepard <_<). Maybe you should listen to her in ME1. Pretty much everything she says about the council turns out to be true.

She certainly did seem to get a lot dumber with it down

Her whole appearance in ME3 is an abomination. She looks so bimbofied. Did she inject stuff into her lips and then apply lip gloss?
