I saw a really bad G-Mod rule34 of ME3 Kaidan where I went "holy s**t, it's Paul McGillion!"

Then when I was looking through my ME1 screencaps I found a cap from Kaidan from that "sounds like something you'd find on an extranet fetish site. What?" scene and he looked like a badly scanned-in version of Paul McGillion as opposed to a badly scanned-in version of his face model who looks nothing like Paul McGillion

Of course I had to search for pics of Paul McGillion and found Stargate Atlantis pics, Carson Beckett has Kaidan's hair bump...

Hair up.. I know this sounds silly but I just think the whole hair down thing just kind of weakens her character. She doesn't come across as a women who is military breed anymore.

I DEFINITELY prefer up. In ME3 she started looking incredibly generic (as well as impractical). They brought it down for 'sex appeal', but one is perfectly capable of being sexy without having to have one eye covered by hair at all times.

I don't get the issue that a lot of people have ME3 Ashley just because her hair is down. I think the ME3 hairstyle looks good and I always assumed that she always looked like that with her hair down. I think the big issue is that we never see her with her hair down in ME1 and ME2 and in ME3 she never with her classic hair style ( the way you would expect a female soldier with shoulder length hair to wear her hair on duty if she is going to be wearing a helmet a lot ).

I will admit that there is something about ME3 Ashley's jaw and lips that doesn't look right. The jaw is too masculine, I miss her softer features from ME1 and ME2 and her lips look like she had lip implants.

Meh. I like both. Would be cool if ME1 style squad customisation had come back and you could change hairstyle with it as you pleased.

The hair bun suited her original personality. The hair down made her look more attractive. Either's good.

Except back in ME1 when the Virmire choice came up people who saved Ashley probably werent expecting the drastic character model change

Someone created a mod for Ashley which ditches the makeup or gives her a haircut or both (I'll just go see if I can find it)

me3 ashley looks like they sat down with a bunch of 12 year olds in a conference room and asked them how to improve ashleys looks(what 12 year old wouldn't say bigger boobs?), then added the new makeup/uniform etc. to distract us from the boob job and lip injections she got.
