After playing for weeks (I dont have much time to play)  I finally received a couple of level 3 ammo and whatever bonuses so I was happy and all and went to play a gold match, but like last time I had great gear, connection was lost to server and lost all the level 3 bonuses that I used... after cooling my head, I said ok... lets buy some bioware points to get more bonuses since I dont have time to play all the time.

I Tried to purchase bioware points twice, on both occasions it said:
"An error occurred while processing your request. If you canceled your purchase at the third party payment website, this error is expected. Code: NU2010 "

and no, I did not cancell it...

the best part is EA.COM/CS NL HOENSBROEK took 1 $ on BOTH occasions for nothing from my bank account.

(I receive a text message from my bank on transactions)

Seriously I'm fed up.

Okay, I had this happen to me a couple of weeks ago. If you bought via paypal or similar and the payment went through, you should have a receipt. Save the receipt email. Go to the EA support website and use their form to send them an email, filling in as many of the boxes for info as you can (otherwise they're just be like "herpderp not enough into to help you"). Attach the receipt html file you saved from the email. In the body of your message to them make it clear that what they're doing constitutes FRAUD. I tell you this because I was meandering around for over a week with them going "eeerm....welll" presumably hoping I'd just give up, then I mentioned that it was fraudulent to take my money and not give me the goods and SUDDENLY my problem was magically sorted within an hour! They sent me a code for the DLC (which doesn't currently work because Origin is a broken piece of rubbish, but I appreciate the thought)

Try it out, I hope you manage to get it sorted. Don't expect any help here though, I posted my problem here and a bunch of people all said 'oh hey me too' and we didn't get any response or help.

The $1 fee is common to many electronic transactions, it is a "reservation" fee. Not sure what to say about this, you should call the bank and ask them about it; it might be refunded by them after a delay, not sure. It occurs on a lot of cancelled credit/debit card transactions.
