Or you know are not even of legal age to accept the contract

Sorry, but that's covered too, kiddo.

"By using EA Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the age of majority if that is not 18 years of age where you live) or that you have reviewed this Agreement with your parent or guardian and he or she assents to these Terms of Service on your behalf and takes full responsibility for your compliance with them."

Funny thing is, majority of players don't read or know (for that matter) about ToS/EULA or what have you.

Also, players know cheating is bad thing, but may do it anyways as they have trouble with the game (unskilled playing gold/insanity and whatnot), or simply lazy and want everything.

And how exactly do you disagree? Because you paid for the game before you agreed and can not return it.

Incorrect.

You disagree by saying you disagree, and refusing the Multiplayer service. You still get to keep your disc, which is what you paid for, including the Single Player game. You are under no obligation to use the EA Online Services when you buy a copy of Mass Effect 3.

I'm not saying they are innocent, it's just, cheaters that are banned and come in here to whine generally don't know/read the terms of BW for using the game they bought.

And yes, it's their fault for not reading it.

And?

It was advertised, AND it was included. They already provided you with EXACTLY what they advertised. But that doesn't mean you're under any obligation to use it, OR that you have a RIGHT to use it by owning a copy of the game. You don't own the online service, they do.

Yep, fill the pockets of the company that banned you for breach of contract. I'm sure your allowance will cover it.

If you didn't want to "buy another pass and fill their greedy pockets", then you shouldn't have cheated.

Again, this is your own fault.

Not EA's.
Not Bioware's.
Not mine.

Yours. You did this. If you're going to get mad at anybody, or call anybody "greedy", look in the mirror, because you're the one who thought you needed to get credits and win the game faster than anybody else. That's your fault.

Your multiplayer manifest shows otherwise.
Anyways, I'm done arguing with a person who can't understand how a EULA works.

Can we stop filling this thread with arguments between what would appear to be adults and some random kid? Let him bluster; be the mature ones and let it go. You don't have to win this argument. Your victory is already acting a priori.

Thomas said he would be answering questions momentarily... like 38 hours ago. So pretty much anything since his last post are what people are wondering about right now.
