 So, I bought the Ultimate Edition off of steam and had a great playthrough and moved on to Awakenings where I hit a crap load of bugs. First off I am missing the new talents: Runemaking, 
Vitality, and

So I figured, maybe it's a mod or two doing it. I go and remove all my mods, (most of which were graphical stuff) and restart. This time the game just starts in a debug room with a default character. 

Also I have the specializations unlocked but no matter what I cannot click on them.

Edit: Just tried using the console to add the skills but they still do not show up nor will the specialization skills.

Any help would be welcome
