Game crash going to Landmeet

I have tried twice to travel to the Landsmeet and both times I got the "DragonAge had to close" bug report and the game shut itself off. Any clues?? I have noe. I have the 1.01b patch and just defragmented the drive. Other than that I am clueless. Please help.
