I have seen a few other posts regarding the error

"A server error occrred while attempted to access your online storage"


I have not seen a fix for this however. 

I am currently experiencing this issue. I have the Wardens keep and shale DLC installed and even have a save that has access to all that, however wince this error has come up I have not been able to access that save. I created a new character, and that one is not allowed to access the DLC.

any ideas?
