Guys, I'm still having to download the Leviathan DLC, but can some Dino-buddy out there get a screenshot of the Dinosaur fossil for the thread? I think it would be very appropriate.

Well good to know! I'm happy that BioWare didn't go with obvious fossils like a Tyrannosaurus or a Triceratops. The only other game with a Plesiosaur in it I can remember is Dino Crisis 2, wich is actually a good inspiration for our beloved Dino DLC!

Hey guys, I'm actually working on a detailed outline for the Dinosaur DLC, with the race's real name and history; the two squadmates/LI; and the mission's story. I'll even fit in Miranda somehow as thanks to the Miri supporters for backing us.

If anybody has any suggestions feel free to post them here. This is an attempt on my part to provide Bioware with a clear message on what we want exactly in a dinosaur DLC as well as to anybody whose confused but interested.

Good idea Versus! I made a similar compendium on page 15, I'll post it here as my contribution to your project. I think it can give you a hint or two about how to shape the Dinosaur DLC!

- New romanceable squadmates

Concept:

- The Dinosaurs were not extinct, they were wiped out by the Reapers. Amongst them were the "Dinosaurians", a race of sentient humanoid Dinosaurs that were the most advanced race of their cycle. Somewhere, somehow, a bunch of Dinosaurs have returned, as well as two Dinosaurians.


Squadmates:

- Two Dinosaurians: a Female Love Interest for BroShep and a Male Love Interest for FemShep. I suggested a bulky rude StegoVanguard and a Raptor(Clever)Girl using a modified version of the Soldier class.
- Lot of dialogues and the inevitable sex scene involved.

Mission suggestions:

- A Cerberus lab somewhere managed to bring back the Dinosaurs and the Dinosaurians, but they lost control and now the lab is overruled by savage dinosaurs out of control. Shepard answer a distress call and find the two Dinosaurians trapped in there with their savage cousins.

OR

- Inside a hollow planet, the Dinosaurians have escaped the Reapers and managed to survive, unnoticed, for all these years. The Reapers, however, slowly indoctrinated the less intelligent dinosaurs. Shepard receive a distress call and have to fight hordes of Reaper-ized Dinosaurs to save the two Dinosaurians still alive.

Dinofied squadmates:

There were no suggestion on how to make Dinofied squadmates fit the plot, so here's mine: there could be a moment, during the mission, where one of your squadmates get heavily injured. To save him/her, you can use a Dinosaurian Genetic Machine that turns him in a dinofied version. Nothing will change, except his external form and a couple of new powers. Someone (maye Joker?) will make a joke or two about the new looks of your squadmate and then the game will go on. Naturally, you will have the choice to not use that machine if you don't want to.

Voice Actors Suggestion:

Male squadmate:

- Arnold Swarzeneggher
- Clint Eastwood
- Fred Tatasciore

Female squadmate:

- Summer Glau
- Amy Acker

Currently working on an outline of what we basically want in a dinosaur DLC. So far I'm still waiting on responses from the group over the name of the dinosaur race and the two squadmates/Love interest.

Don't want a T-Rex though, we have the krogan. An Apatosaurus or Stegosaurus would be nice.
