It was a Mass Accelerator cannon that wiped the dinosaurs out.
But dinosaurs are alive. Look out of your window. These flying animals with wings are considered as living dinosaurs in science.

They adapted, but not every one of them. Both theories, extinction and evolution, are correct.... the only thing that isn't sure is what caused extinction, a meteorite or the ice age.
...but I now consider part of the history of Earth the fact that Dinosaurs were actually wiped out by the Reapers. Or maybe Earth was struck by a failed attempt at a Super Mass Asccelerator Cannon like the one Prothean used to kill the Reaper you find in ME2.

You guys can't possibly be forgetting the Kakliosaurs you resurrect as a fetchquest on the Citadel.

That was some impressively fast work the salarian did. I talked to him about 2 seconds after handing the skull to him, and he was already on the phone telling someone about the krogan riding them.

When I heard about that fetch mission, the first thing I though was: I need to save Earth, the Salarian might create one hell of a Jurassic Park with that technology!
Also, another pic for the cause (from a very old BSN thread):

Lol greatest game idea ever.
In all seriousness the narrative took such a f*cking left turn in ME3 anyway, they might as well just start tossing out bullsh*t like this. I mean who cares honestly? artistic integrity.

Gotcha, I was so caught up in my excitement over the possibility of more war assets that I didn't catch the reference to DA:O!

It's about time someone made a good dinosaur space opera RPG.
I don't trust Bioware not to ruin it though.

I'd be all for this idea, but there would be a gazillion threads complaining that the dinosaurs can't win conventionally.
Just start the game with Admiral Hackettodon saying: "We can win conventionally but it will require great sacrifice".
Done.
