I think the idea of alien dinosaurs was met with mixed reactions from the scientific community, but if another Earth-like planet exists then an alien species similar to dinosaurs could be possible.

No dinosaurs in the Omega DLC. Sadly.

I saw that picture like 10 years ago (during one of my first contact with the internet) and it gave me nightmares.

Now I think that it looks like a promising screenshot for a romanceable dinosaur in ME3... see what Mass Effect have done to me?

I think Mass Effect has had a much more disturbing effect then that, Jonata.

This person also finds Dinosaurs in Space to be an awesome idea:

Hopefully Mass Effect 3 will have him be happy that the idea caught on.

There's still one final DLC coming for ME3, IIRC. Are Dinosaurians coming?

Thank you, Runner. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time.

Now that Omega has been released and the rumored Citadel DLC has more then likely started, we have to push harder for the Dino DLC!!

I know how this should affect the canon ending, the star child should get eaten up by a t-rex in one bite, that's how!

Fellow Dinosaurians, be aware that the motion web-comic known as Dinosaurs Vs Aliens is now live and up to Episode 5. There are also a couple of interviews with the creators, Barry Sonnefield (Men in Black's screenwriter) and Grant Morrison (awesome comic books writer) that you should check it out: they don't have much of a screen presence, but their ideas are pretty interesting indeed.

For those who do not know what I'm talking about, Dinosaurs Vs Aliens is a comic book that basically use the concept we're trying to put in ME3: what if Aliens (/Reapers) were to invade Earth 65 millions years ago, and ended up facing a race of intelligent Dinosaurs?

You can watch the trailer and the first 5 episodes here.

And here some eye candy for ya:

Seen them already. I like how they actually take material seriously and the artwork looks great. Looking forward to the movie.

Nice! IIRC there will be an animated movie very soon, and if Gaiman & Sonnefield manage to make their work resonate enough in Hollywood, we could even see a "live-action" movie, even if I'm not sure how it can be done (there is almost nothing that wouldn't end up being CGI on the big screen).

Nice to see that some fellow Dinosaurian has been checking it out, though! See: Dinosaurs vs Aliens can be done, the ME3 Dinosaur DLC is one step closer!

The Waivra will happen, we just need to keep pushing Bioware to making it happen!

It would be so awesome if Dinosaur DLC turns out to be the largest DLC in the Mass Effect series.

It would have to be. The amount of memory to process the size of the character models alone would prove that. Not to mention the fact that the overwhelming amount of awesome contained in that DLC would push the 2 gb limit easily.

Don't even get me started on seeing dino-rider inspired war assets cinematics!

Hear hear, fellow Dinosaurians! Pixar has recently released the first official screenshot from The Good Dinosaur, the previously unnamed Pixar project about dinosaurs! They released an official synopsis for the movie as well:

What if the cataclysmic asteroid that forever changed life on Earth actually missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct?

Kind of relevant for our dinosaurian theories, isn't it?

See BioWare? Everybody's already walking the Dinosaur! Hurry up!
