Ok i don't know if this bug exactly or if this is meant to happen by why doesn't he heal himself unless i make him do it?
I set tactics to heal yet he never does forcing me to manually heal him.Is it because he is a dog or is this a bug?

He uses them if Tactics is set up properly, but you could have some type of conflict within your Tactics (happens a lot, unfortunately). Watch the actions messages that appear during combat for him to see exactly what he is doing and when he's doing it. You can track his actions (or lack thereof) and debug the Tactics settings to get him to behave properly (well, within Tactics coding, anyway).

Ok can he only auto heal with biscuits they like give him stamina and heal his injuries? I want him to heal with lesser potions i have it set below 25% health heal
