The issue I had was when I started a DLC quest ( I own all DLC's ) my game started failing. Eventually, I was unable to continue from my game, and it began to tell me that I own unauthorized copies.

Why is the game doing this? I paid good money for it. I bought the amazon ultimate combo, which came with Dragon Age: origins + expansion + ALL DLC's and it came with Dragon Age II. I can't remember if Dragon Age II also came with all DLC's.

Sounds painful.

I get the same problem sometimes, but in my case I just click on it again and the problem solves itself.

I've tried that multiple times. It's almost as if I lost all of my DLC's from the primary EA servers.

Maybe that's what happened. Have you tried tech support? I don't know how: I've never had to. Presumably they make it easy, and the problem will be taken care of shortly thereafter.

(Oh wait, Bioware's part of EA.)

Edit: More helpfully, I found a mod-created post on the index of this forum that leads to the official help. How helpful they'll be, I can't tell you. It's never come up in my experience, though I warn you not to get your hopes up. I heard a story from this forum that the help-desk people pointed him here. Otoh, there's a post on the first page of the offical help that mentions your problem. So maybe.

I got it to work. Problem Resolved by updating to patch 1.05. ^-^ Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
