well hi i just bought the normal edition of mass effect 2 in origin it says every copy of mass effect 2 have a cerberus network code but i didnt get mine why? the code only comes with de digital deluxe edition? please help me!! i want to play kasumi the stolen memory but i cant because i need to activate the cerberus network!! what should i do?

Something you can try is to contact EA support and use the live chat. If the person you speak with can't help just try again.
I bought the disc version 'EA classics' which came with no code but after my second attempt at speaking with them the activated the Cerberus Network.
