Kaidan pretty much all the way but I have a couple of Shep that love Thane. Still a little upset how they screwed over Thane lovers.

Thane is my number one pick. Love me some Drell! I hate that I can't tell him I rushed to the Citadel to see him, not Kaidan! I hate even more that I can't find a cure for him!
Garrus is awkwardly endearing and funny as hell!
Kaidan - um. Soured somewhat because of Horizon, but still take him back sometimes.
Jacob - just no. Couldn't get past the hip on the table flirtation "I just want to talk for a bit" then a shut-down even though I'd be the best damn thing he could find. Then I find that he's not good enough for Miranda! Don't want Miranda's left-overs...

And unfortunately because my favorite was ruined, I've decided to never get that paramour achievement in ME3. Not that I really could with my other Shepard. She was with Jacob.

I have save files somewhere of Garrus and Kaidan romances, but I didn't like those Shepard's and don't feel like digging through my files for them.

So no paramour in ME3 for me. The only achievement I will never get of the entire series.

After what Bioware did to him, I just don't even have any interest in pursuing my Kaidan playthrough

I do have one Garrus FemShep. But when I want a mature romance, as I usually do, I got with my ThaneShep. Sadly, bioware murdered him so no more ME3 for me.

Thane, in ME2 at least. His was the deepest romance hands-down, before the horrible character assassination in ME3.

I really hate how Bioware treated Thane fans and Jacob fans in ME 3...I guess it was their way of telling us we picked the wrong LI's!

I have problem with all of them to be perfectly honest. Kaidan was awesome in ME1, in ME2 he made me mad on Horizon so it was kinda hard not to "cheat" on him, and ME3 he's kinda a noob. Thane dies in ME3 (thanks for that Bioware). Garrus is too much of the best friend to be a LI and his romance in ME2 was pretty much "Hey you want to sleep with me right before we hit the Collector base?", "Sure why not?". And Jacob? No. Just no. But if I had to pick I guess it would be either be Thane or Kaidan.

Oh god, ME3 must have been an emotional nightmare for your Shepards.

They get a bird, a toad, a seemingly upstanding guy who knocks up another woman behind your back, and Kaidan.

Ptttfff. I personally think Thane is rather beautiful. And with Garrus, I think women care more about personality.. and very sexy voices.. more so than appearance.
The sad thing is that half of them were scrapped, and there are twice as many lesbian options. Bioware would rather use Femshep to appeal to men with lesbian fantasies (shower anyone?) rather than actual female players.
