Actually I was gonna romance Thane once just to try it out, but then I heard about Garrus/Tali. DO NOT WANT to see that, so now there's no way I could romance anyone else (or even play manShep), cause I'd have to kill off either Tali or Garrus.
Not that I'm gonna replay ME3 anyway.

His romance dialog on ME3 rocks though. But my Sheppard can only see green

Can't romance Garrus; he's like my FemShep's best friend and partner in crime.

Ptttfff. I personally think Thane is rather beautiful. And with Garrus, I think women care more about personality.. and very sexy voices.. more so than appearance.
The sad thing is that half of them were scrapped, and there are twice as many lesbian options. Bioware would rather use Femshep to appeal to men with lesbian fantasies (shower anyone?) rather than actual female players.
Well, it's a point of view that a lesbian FemShep is there to appeal to some nerd's fantasies. Personally, I'm a boy who romanced Traynor because I loved her accent... and I've got a female friend who romanced her because she was happy as hell that finally this game had a "hot lesbian romance" that was not that oversexualized.
Fear Effect 2: Retro Helix was a game that oversexualized lesbians... Mass Effect 3 handle gay romance very well. Aside from Allers and her terrible depiction of bisexuality, offcourse. Everything about Allers is terrible.

Definitely Thane. Garrus is the only other one I would really consider and, like a few others have already mentioned, I felt the 'best friend' vibe with him too... might do it one day though.
This!!
Funny too how some would have romanced Thane but realized how he was treated in ME3 so didn't bother...not cool BW!

This. I apparently chose the wrong answer by picking Thane. Didn't even get Paramour.Julia_xo wrote...
Thane. I did romance him but BioWare decided my choice didn't matter and that Thane was apparently not a real romance after all. Same thing happened to Jacob.
Gotta love how they 'respect' our choices.
Otherwise, Kaidan.

I really loved Thane and his romance but... Well ME3 made me never want to romance him again.

Out of the available male romances, who would you rather romance more?
Kaidan
Garrus
Thane
Jacob
What a difficult question. I honestly can't pick. These are my opinions:
Kaidan is reserved for my Paragon maleShep. I simply can't see him as a straight man.
Garrus is the best friend. Nothing more, nothing less. Like a bro.
Thane... I see him as a very fake-artistic, angsting, and ridiculously over dramatic with no appealing looks.
And Jacob is the definition of booooooooooooooooring.
None of them is manly enough for my tastes
The ones that are not LI's are the most interesting ones (Wrex in ME1, Legion/Mordin/Grunt in ME2 and James in ME3).
Wonder why I rather play as a maleShep
