Bump.
I'm interested in this too. Support/help would be appreciated.
It sure is possible to swap textures, but it will be harder to swap the meshes too. I don't know how aware you are of modding, so please ask if you don't understand.
To change textures, use me3explorer or Texmod to extract the Onyx or Guardian textures. Search for the hash of the Colossus or Explorer armor in Texmod or me3explorer. Then simply change the hashes of the extracted armor(s) to the ones you want to mod. You'll have to do so for each texture type of the armor (ie Norm, Spec, Diff). Place the DDS you just changed in a TPF and load it. That should do it
.
For general knowledge about me3explorer and modding, check the wiki : http://me3explorer.w...E3Explorer_Wiki

It is possible but you need to make sure you use the texture for the right form of armor. There's heavy a, heavy b, medium, and light. All armors of a given class are identical (same mesh no matter what) so you can just drop in any other heavy-a texture and it will work fine with any other heavy-a armor (heavy-a form of Colossus can simply be texture-swapped with Onyx heavy-a texture, etc, and so on with the rest.
but it will be harder to swap the meshes too.
But its possible or not, for ME1 i mean? And if yes it will be great to know how.
Thanks.
