Really doesn't matter since Shadow Strike is very effective either way. But I prefer heavy since it does more damage.

If Kasumi can reliably kill with it, Rapid Shadow Strike is better. since the cooldown drops dramatically. Most people I seen on the forums recommended Rapid Shadow Strike for that reason. I never used Kasumi enough to provide a solid opinion like Abraham_uk above.
