I searched but didn't notice that this had been posted anywhere. When I choose destroy and Garrus puts Shepard's name up on the memorial wall (Male Shep, Miranda LI), Traynor is not rendered in the memorial cut scene, even though she should be alive. I guess this would be considered a bug. This is on the PC Version of ME3 Collectors Edition. I haven't had a chance to go back and check yet to see if she is rendered for Synthesis or Control, but I will do that when I get a chance. Thanks!

When I did Femshep playthrough, romanced Liara (refused Traynor shower) she was there. However, when I reloaded to try different ending choice, she wasn't in that group. Not sure if the chars randomly chosen except the main squadmates (who aren't dead).
I'm trying for a save everyone policy in my current playthru - (except Ashley/Thane) Legion, Tali, Wrex, Mordin. and see what happens.

The only dead in my play through were Kaiden (Vermire) EDI (from destroy ending) Mordin (Cured Genophage) Thane (Kai Leng) Legion (Uplifted the Geth). So none of the ME3 crew were dead. There was a spot there for Traynor to stand in, but it was just empty. I only noticed her missing though on the 2nd time I played the ending after reloading the "Restart Mission" save before entering the beam when I went through to make a FRAPS video of the Destroy ending, so maybe she was infact there on my first tmie through.
