 Am I imagining it, or does one of the random NPCs in in the Redcliffe Chantry when you first speak to Bann Teagan use some of the exact same lines as Miguel, the nutty scientist, you meet on Eden Prime in Mass Effect?

I heard it again last night and it sounds eerily similar.
