Here here, What the current FF games lack is a manly character like Auron(Sazh & Snow don't count) to bring balance to their future casts. Oh and they need to demote or get rid of Toriyama.jesuno wrote...

The only thing Auron and Lightning have in common is that their surrounding cast is mostly crap. Lightning is still a bad character.
So what's your take on Auron?
Auron was great from what I remember, but honestly it has been a while since I played 10 and I have no intentions of playing it again unless I can skip cutscenes.

What?! Sazh and Snow are as manly as they come! Have you seen Sazh? Like, at all!? And then there's Caius. He looks like a native American 80's sex god. And his voice? Manliness is everywhere. You just gotta know where to look, and how to spot it

What they need are characters worth caring about. I haven't related to any character in FF since Lulu's boobs...I mean Auron but I can barely even remember why I cared aboutThe Hierophant wrote...

How did you not feel for Sazh? His story was incredibly moving for me (I felt the same way for all the characters in XIII, but Sazh especially had a tear jerker of a back story)

I dunno, my mind still sees that voice as Kain rather than Caius but that's just cause I knew the VA to be Kain Highwind longer.

Sazh maybe a family man, but a real man doesn't allow a chocobo to live in their afro, because he can accidentally kill it when picking said fro. Snow is a pedophile, and Caius looks like a reject from the Village People, and his melodramatic reason for wanting to stop time, doesn't help him in the least bit.Ghost Lightning wrote...

But Snow's got scruff, he's got loud rock music in the background, he's got a pretty good right hook, and he's willing to fight for someone he loves, even if things don't make sense.
Snow's probably one of the manliest JRPG characters around if you ask me. I mean Leon and Cloud are just angsty. That's not manly.

Serah is 18, and Snow is in his early 20s.
I knew an 18 year old who was having sex with his 14 year old girlfriend. Now THAT's a pedophile. Snow is not.

As for reminding you of Naruto, now I'm really confused, because I actually like Snow, but Naruto is like the worst show ever.
As for Serah looking young. Yeah, I'll give you that, she's got kind of a baby face. Then again, Japanese women usually look pretty young.
Serah's (trying not to sound like a creepy pervert) figure doesn't look too young though. It's about the same as Light's but with less muscle, which makes sense, because Light's a soldier.

That's not classified as pedophilia according to wikipedia. The age range is too close.Logan Cloud wrote...

My understanding was that a pedophile was someone that was legally an adult having sex with a minor, but I guess I stand corrected.
