That would be statutory rape. Pedophilia is sexual attraction an adult may have towards someone who is prepubescent.

It is the whole package. You already stated her face is young looking. So, mixing all of that into a pot and served with a side of the country the game comes from as a wierd, creepy obsession with underage girls, and presto, easy conclusion to make.

It's 13 to 18, depending on the place and it's jurisdiction. Most places it's 16 I believe.
