You know what's funny? In ME2 I took Jack with me to this place called Pragia. It was raining cat's and dogs, like really pouring. I just stood outside for a while looking for loot and not once did Jack complain. It was funny, because all she was wearing was a belted brassiere and some prison pants. I mean, I would have been pretty concerned about her getting sick. I might maybe have even said something about it. Point being, It's a video game. The character designs aren't constructed for practicality. It's fashion over function. This is especially prevalent in modern Japanese fiction. Deal with it.

At leat with Jack her design said something about her character. As did the design of most of ME's characters. So he just looks like a dumb guy in a big coat that likes little girls.

Also, space magic.

It said what about her character? She's half naked, holy sh*t! SHE MUST BE INSANE!

She dressed like half the chicks at an Industrial rave or at a cyber goth club. She was supposed to be a encapsulation of "counter-culture." Original? Definitely not, but it said something about the character.

So yeah anyway, August 31 is when they plan on elaborating on exactly what it is that they are doing with the XIII universe. To be honest, while I want a XIII-3 like a starving african wants some fried chicken and grape soda, I wouldn't mind them doing an Advent Children style movie to serve as a XIII-3.

Sorry about the whole de-railing thing, dude. Two things though:

1) Do starving Africans actually know what fried chicken and grape soda are? I doubt there's a KFC in the savanna. Unless you mean like someone in Cape Town or somewhere who just happens to be starving.

2) I'd rather they did another movie for FF13-3 and concentrate on a new universe/game in their game development studio. Otherwise god knows how long the next the one will take, I'd rather they just move on and try again. I'm willing to try another game but not in that universe.

Why, is that something that is reserved for people that like FF 13? You keep bringing up excuses for things that are just wrong. Does Dark Souls, the other game I mentioned, focused on realism as well?

That's fine. The derail was fun XD

But yeah. I think they need to finally finish VersusXIII and start work on KH3. I personally wouldn't mind them holding those off to make XIII-3 to finish the XIII universe story, but if they instead made a CG movie I wouldn't mind that either. Imagine a full movie with XIII's quality of CG artistry? *_*

Through my hazy rose tinted memory I thought AC looked better, but I've not watched it in a while and I'm possibly wrong there. I remember being stunned at how real Lightning's eyes looked the first time I saw a screenshot. I'd watch a movie just to see how good it looked.

Here's a good one that shows the level of detail in the CG from XIII. Two hours of this? Yes please.
