Can't play Multiplayer; keep getting disconnected from ME3 servers

I'm not sure if this belongs here or in the MP discussion, so I'll put it here to be safe. I am unable to play the ME3 multiplayer; I was playing earlier today on the 360, and was playing a match when suddenly the match started lagging, and then we got an alert that an Operation Failed and Succeeded, and tons of +Credits alerts started showing up. Needless to say, I quit that match. 

But, since that match, every time I've tried to play the multiplayer, I get disconnected from the servers within a minute of starting a new match, and have trouble reconnecting to the servers. My Xbox Live connection is fine and I've not gotten disonnected from it at the same time, though, so I don't know what the problem is. I was playing single player for a bit with no problems, so whatever the issue I'm dealing with is tied to the multiplayer, as I also lost my connection to the servers sitting in the multiplayer menu for a minute.

Try downloading your profile again. At least that's what their tech support suggested to me.

My Xbox Live profile is what you mean, I assume. ANd did that work for you? Because this problem only just started today; I was able to play just fine the last few days. And I haven't gotten disconnected from Xbox Live or anything when losing hte ME3 connection.

Yes, that's what I mean. IDK if it did or not. I got off the game when it happened and waited for my turn to come up via live chat tech support. That's what they suggested to me, but they suggest that same thing for a myriad of issues. Afterwards, I did not have issues, but IDK if that was a fix or just simply their servers working again during that timeframe.

I had this problem a few times, the latest being a few weeks ago.

I might wait a few days before trying anything then. See if the problem fixes itself or not, because I don't want to go putzing with anything I don't have to. Did you have to delete the profile already on the console, or does downloading it again just save over the existing save on the harddrive?

You just have to download your xbox live profile, it saves over your existing profile, but supposedly it's a synching issue. It won't cause any harm to your game saves or anything, just don't know if this is a real fix or a blow off response from tech support.

Nope, didn't work, still happening. Guess the problem is on BioWare/EAs end.

All week I've been unable to play MP because I keep the "Your connection to the game has been lost" error message when I try to join or start a match. On tuesday I was able to join 1 match but that was it for the entire work. Dozens of attempts, same thing. My connection is fine. I have no connection issues with any other game, just ME3. I even got kicked out of SP with the "Your connection to the game has been lost" message, costing me about an hour of gameplay.
