So how does this thing work? I haven't played Mass Effect 3 yet, but I was wondering if I should start this mini game up so I can increase my "readiness" for the game. Does it make a huge impact on the game? Can someone please tell me how this is related? No Spoilers please =)

Probably a question for the ME3 boards, where unfortunately you need a registered copy of ME3 to post so bit of a catch 22. But AIUI the new altered, sorry I mean clarified ;) ending also changed the readiness scoring so that apps/mulitplayer were no longer necessary to achieve any of the endings. Will it make it easier? Yes, though from what I hear the effect of increased readiness wears off if you don't keep at it so it may be something to play alongside ME3 instead of beforehand. Is it needed? No, not if you're going to be pretty thorough in the game and have an ME1+2 import to take into it.

Okay.. so are you saying that whether I play Galaxy at War or Infiltrator, it won't have the same effect anymore because of the new ending? I still haven't played ME3 yet, but I don't know if I should keep playing these games if it's solely just to increase readiness. I'll just play infiltrator for fun.

Infiltrator will allow you to have more war assets in the game, but you need to have an origin account for the stuff to take effect.

Infiltrator is still fun though. ;)

Is it telling you that there is no internet connection? if so, there is sort of a solution to it. What you have to do is this.

First, you click on the "Galaxy at War" map and then while it is loading, you have to constantly touch the spot that is slightly under the center of the map. Do this in a one touch/second rate. As you do this, you will eventually get a little "noise" in the background. You will then get a "no internet connection". However, once you press back, the galaxy map will appear. I am not sure how this technique fixes the problem but it's sort of a glitch. Hope that helps =)
