How do I go about retreiving all of my gear that I just lost on multiplayer and now I'm back at N7 1 and no unlocks at all.

I went onto the store after finishing a silver match and click on Vet pack to unlock and it just sat there on the purchasing screen for about 2 minutes and then came up and said I lost connection to the EA servers...so I load back in and it gives the the "n7 is recruiting" and I was reset on all unlocks and n7 rank.

Any help would be appreciated.

Update:  Just a glitch that scared the crap out of me, had to quit the game and when I went back to Multiplayer I still had everything.  Talk about a heart stopper. :x
