Help, I keep getting a Generate VO error

I'm getting the same error, did you ever solve this problem?

- Ensure all files are in the documents folder modules\\Single Player\\override\\toolsetexport and then in a sub-folder with the same name as the dialogue file (ex.: morrigan_main);
- Verify all .wav files are saved to the correct format: PCM 24k Hz 16-bit mono
- Since the original sound files associated with the dialogue have to be packaged with the new files, ensure all the original sound files from the dialogue are in the correct sub-folder.
- Ensure the original sound files from the dialogue are in the correct format; the files I extracted had no format data associated with them, so I had to batch convert them back to the correct format.
