My three characters I created are not loaded into the game. I guess I have to create new ones? Or, is there a bug where the game is not picking them up from their servers?

I can't import from the Character Generator as well. This may have to do with the unsuccesssful registering of the game on this site. But to make things worse I can't even create a new Character from the main game. When I click on "New Game" I immediately (no Intro Movie or anything) start as Jaden with just 3 (!) Attribute Points, no origin in a room with four strange crates (all called "zz_codex_container") and a door. When I leave through the door I can either go to the party camp (no one here) or "Flemeth's Hut" (no one here as well - just a building where I can get a Bow (which I can't use since I only have 3 atribute points. But that doesn't matter because there's no other place to go anyway. So I'm stuck until I can get to the character creation.
