iOS datapad app connection problems

The app keeps saying it has no internet connection despite the fact that the iPad has a full on full signal 3G connection available and can access the internet with no issues. Also I am in a good Wi-Fi zone and it won't connect whilst using that either. This has been a problem for several weeks now and it's getting on my nerves. What the hell is going on here!?

Im having the same problem, it connects to everything else but the Galaxy at War.

And not only that but the app is as responsive as a coma victim. When you hit the collect and deploy buttons in the GaW screen it sometimes takes forever for the app to do anything. Strangely, that isn't the case with the iPhone! This app is a buggy as hell...

I think it's just the Datapad app having the problem. I have Mass Effect Infiltrator, and it has no problems accessing the Galaxy at War Map...

Just don't log on online until they fix it - your readiness stays static when offline.

) My readiness rating in game is currently at 99%. It want to collect the money and ratings from the datapad so that it's back to 100% and then sync the game up with it. But I can't connect to GaW map

Of course data pad app starts to bug out when I'm away from home on my vacation and only relying on the app to keep the readiness up. Here's hoping they fix it sooner rather than later!

Same here, everything else is fine but I get the no internet connection when trying to access the Galaxy at War part.

Add my name to the list of those receiving an Internet connection is required error when attempting to connect to the galaxy map on the iPad app. Started yesterday evening. Doesn't matter what network I connect to.

I also have the same problem. This is exactly why it´s a crappy idea to tie your single-player game to an online function.

Having the same problem. It can recieve the news, but neither the mail function or galaxy at war is realizing I have an internet connection.

Same problem here, and honestly seeying how no one from BioWare has replied to any of these threads yet, i dont think we will see a fix anytime soon.

Ahhh ok. It's kind of settling knowing that others are having the same problem. I thought it was just my datapad app acting up because I had to reinstall it due to getting a new computer and having to sync my iPhone with it (which unfortunately deletes all your apps and music in the process). Hopefully I get all my mail back too seeing as how everything's connected to the EA server.

I'm having the same problem. It's definitely something server side and its particular to the datapad as far as I can tell
