The map has been down since Thursday evening for me. That means that there was one full work day where EA/Bioware could have at least posted some kind of announcement regarding the inability of the map to phone home to their servers. The Alliance New Network would seem to have been the perfect place for some sort of announcement regarding the issue since it still funcitons.
I'm still betting that EA pulled the plug on the Galaxy at War map if the rumors of the Extended Cut adjusting the required assets to get the "best" ending are true.

This seems to be the case. ME3 MP servers have been horribly unstable for weeks.carl1150 wrote...
I'll add my voice to the chorus. I hope it's just a server issue that will be resolved next week.
More importantly, the BSN Galaxy at war status is lagging behind for a couple of days now too, the App has been down for the same amount of time and in Single Player the game has definate issues retrieving your readiness % and N7 bonus EMS.
I would think, while the app would never have priority over the rest, the problems tie together.
And seeing those issues DO have priority, it's just a matter of time.

There's been precedent actually. The Simpsons app for one. And it's been speculated before in this thread that support could be pulled. So throwing in my thoughts that I'd prefer that not happen is not unproductive. Some of us use this app and would like to continue doing so.

As much as I'd like to agree with this statement , it's not iOS at fault. The Galaxy Map is not able to connect to the servers. All other features of the app work fine. The problem lies on the server side.
Would be nice if someone official would drop a couple of lines in Alliance News stating that they're aware of the problem and steps are being taken or that they've pulled the plug on the project.

Thats incorrect. The readiness rating steadily drops whether you are on or not. But this IS an issue regardless. The only thing I can access is the. Ews section when it decides to update. Any word from the app developer on why this happened or when an update will be implemented? I don't much like to have to rely on multiplayer to keep my readiness rating up.JaegerBane wrote...
