I just redeemed my codes for the Memory Band and the Stone Prisoner & Blood Dragon Armor items - they were accepted on the redeem page, but I am unable to see them when logged into my EA account in Dragon Age under Available Content (or Downloaded or Installed).

You need to restart the game and re-sign in.
