You clearly have not entered the 123 letter code into the vault found within Ostagar that transports you to a secret location that automatically gives you 10000 XP.

Is this part of the OC or is it a DLC? I never saw anything that looked like a vault in or around Ostagar, just the ruins and the Korcari Wilds.

Got it on my first run, too. You just have to be a completionist. Do everything, go everywhere. I don't understand how you can't get this over the course of your first playthrough. You're a schmuck.johnbgardner wrote...

Taken from another topic on the achievement, these are the locations you need to visit:
In Denerim:
den260ar_warden_cache (find documents when freeing Anora, ask Riordan about them)
This one and the Blackstone assignment before the father-son thing are the only difference between my first and second playthrough, and I got it on the second, so I'd assume those are the easiest ones to miss.pimpzuun wrote...

I'm going to guess that this one might be getting some people stuck. As far as I can tell, there is a very short window of opportunity to ask Riordan about it, and you have to click the right dialogue option with him when the rest of the conversation with him is just history and lore that is not essential to moving the plot forward.
I had no idea this was there my first playthrough. And I can imagine that it would have been easy for me to then assume that Riordan had nothing important to say at that time and just stop talking to him completely.
