Hi all,

I have a problem with the downloadable content for Dragon age.

I have created this account, registered the game, but when I try to redeem the promo code I always get the same error: "Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly. Unable to redeem code."

I tried about 20 times, I double-checked the entered code,  I`m sure I was doing everything right, but I always get this error message.

Please, HELP!
