If I were to ever buy Mass Effect memorabilia (which I'd have seriously considered pre-3), I wouldn't get any with Shepard on because it wouldn't be my Shepard.

The company's name that made them was Figureprints. The figures looked really cool, but not quite as nice as the sculpt in the OP's pic. I think Figureprints still makes custom figures for WoW players.

As much as I want this to be true, I call bull****.
While I can't confirm whether or not the first image is legit (although I do know that the images were taken from renders of Thane's Blur trailer model), the photos of the head sculpt were most definitely not released by Sideshow.
